Floor developed herself into an accomplished professional in the executive search community throughout the past years. She successfully conducted searches for clients within the alternative landscape: Private Equity (and its portfolio companies), Family Offices, Real Estate Investment Firms and Financial Services. She has developed a strong practice in the appointment of Investment, Finance, Consulting Exit and General Management / C-level professionals.

Renée is focusing with great enthusiasm on recruiting driven candidates within the Private Equity sector since the beginning of 2022. She has gained valuable insights into the necessary skills and attitudes required for various roles available within our clients.
