A leading big4 is seeking a (Senior) Manager Transaction Tax Advisory to advise multinational clients and investors on complex tax matters throughout the transaction lifecycle. The role covers tax due diligence, transaction structuring, documentation, management participation plans and post-transaction advice, with a focus on corporate, dividend and withholding tax. Responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary and international teams, managing client and tax authority relationships, translating complex tax issues into commercially viable solutions, and developing junior professionals. The position combines technical expertise, client advisory and business development across M&A, restructurings, refinancing and capital market transactions.
