A growing Data/Cloud consultancy group is searching for a Group CEO to lead the integration of two businesses and drive the next phase of growth. The role focuses on transforming the proposition around cloud, data and AI, and strengthening commercial performance through direct customer relationships, pricing and strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include setting and executing the group strategy together with the CFO, integrating both organisations, aligning recruitment and resource planning, developing consultants, and improving the commercial and revenue model. The CEO will lead the organisation through this transformation while balancing growth, innovation and the human dimension, with the ambition to double revenue.
