A growing Private Equity firm is seeking a Financial Fund Controller to provide comprehensive support to the CFO and Senior Fund Controller. This role involves coordinating the financial administration and reporting for participations in collaboration with deal teams and auditors. Responsibilities include managing compliance and regulatory activities, ensuring adherence to laws related to AIFMD licensing, and providing interim (quarterly/monthly) reporting and forecasting for investment funds. The controller will calculate and book the market value of the funds (NAV), generate various reports, update financial records, process invoices, and manage tax return processes. Additionally, the role includes overseeing reporting obligations for investors.
