Having worked for a private equity owned company where we successfully built a new division providing fund & regulatory services to private equity firms as well as real estate investment funds, we gained knowledge, an in-depth interest and enthusiasm for this sector. Continuing this private equity journey as a headhunter, we developed knowledge and expertise that typically adds value to the search and selection of the best candidates for our clients. Especially, seen the complexity of this investment class from both an investment process as well as a regulatory perspective, its understanding is key to being able to find and speak to the right professionals for the job.
