A growing company in the real estate software sector is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their expanding HR team. Reporting directly to the CHRO, the Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR solutions that align with the company’s business strategy. Key responsibilities include advising on employee relations, compliance, performance management, and organizational change, as well as supporting onboarding, employee development, and policy implementation. The role also involves guiding managers through HR processes, driving initiatives to enhance company culture, and supporting acquisitions with HR due diligence. This position requires strong strategic thinking and collaboration with both leadership and employees.
